Our Team

Our team consists of amazing individuals and families from different church backgrounds.

Our Lead Planters

Lenny & Caly Konschewitz have been involved in church planting work in Europe for many years with Every Nation Ministries. As singles, they helped launch churches and non-profits in Nuremberg, Germany and Madrid, Spain; as a couple, they’ve helped launch a church in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Lenny is originally from Germany and Caly's roots are in Florida.

They have two sons, Elias (8) and Micah (4), and one daughter, Cora (1). In the beginning of 2019, as their commitment in Belfast was coming to an end, Lenny and Caly began sensing a call from God to move to Florida to lead a church plant with Grace Anglican. Grace has been an integral partner and supporter on the mission field in Europe for many years.

Church Planting Residents

Gabriel and Elaina Roman are joining The Table as Church Planting residents. They moved to Saint Augustine from Pittsburgh, PA, in September 2024, after Gabriel graduated from Trinity Anglican Seminary. Gabriel worked in youth ministry for a few years before joining a traveling ministry that preached the Gospel to youth across the US. He enjoys sports, books, animals, and time with people. Elaina is a gifted worshipper, watercolor painter, singer, and coffee connoisseur. She has a heart for interceding for people in prayer. They have two lovely boys, Enoch (2) and Mateo (10 months), who keep life eventful.

They are excited to learn and sit under the leadership of The Table while serving and preparing to plant. They have a heart and desire to represent Christ well in how they speak and live so that those who do not know the Lord would come to the knowledge and love him.
